Mustard Sauced Fish
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. fresh swordfish or halibut
1/2 C. salsa
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
Cooking Instructions
Cut fish into 6 portions. Place in a shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 450 degree oven for 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness or until fish just flakes easily with a fork. Drain off any liquid. Meanwhile, mix all remaining ingredients and spoon over drained fish. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is heated through. To serve, place on serving platter and spoon remaining sauce from dish over fish. Makes 6 servings.
