Mustard And Wine Potatoes
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 C. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. minced green onions
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. paprika
1-1/2 C. cubed red potatoes, skins on
1-1/2 C. cubed russet potatoes, skins on
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients, except potatoes, in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss to coat well. Place into casserole dish and bake, uncovered, until potatoes are soft and slightly crisp on the outside, about 45 minutes. Serve hot.
