Minted Herb Bread
Ingredients
2/3 C. water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. mint
1 1/2 C. bread flour
1 tsp. yeast
Medium:
1 C. water
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. mint
2 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Load machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Process on Whole Grain, White or Sweet Cycle on lightest crust setting.
