Ingredients

3/4 lb. salmon
1/2 lemon, sliced thin
Peppercorns
1/2 C. white wine
2 scallions, white only
Parsley
Dill

Cooking Instructions

Put all ingredients in microwave pie plate (except salmon) and bring to a boil about 2 minutes. Remove, add salmon. Spoon liquid over fish. Return to microwave for 8 minutes. Delicious. Serves 2. Microwave used is 500 watt oven.
