Melon In Mint Sauce
Ingredients
2/3 C. low fat sour cream
1 Tbsp. mint plus 1 tsp., minced
1 Tbsp. sugar plus 1 tsp.
1/8 tsp. cardamom
2/3 C. cantaloupe, cubed
2/3 C. honeydew melon, cubed
2/3 C. watermelon, cubed
Cooking Instructions
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add to the melon. Toss lightly. Chill for several hours before serving.
