Meat Loaf
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 C. Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing mix
TOPPING:
1/2 C. ketchup
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 C. Worcestershire sauce
Cooking Instructions
Mix all together. Shape in a loaf. Topping: Mix together and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
