Mc Olt Sandwich
Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tomato; sliced
1 red onion; sliced
lettuce leaves
low sodium, oil free Russian or Italian salad dressing
Cooking Instructions
Toast the bread. Spread some dressing on each slice, layer the tomatoes, and onions on one slice, top with lettuce leaves, and close the sandwich.
