Marinated Pheasant
Ingredients
Fillet pheasant
Italian seasoning
Cooking Instructions
Put fillets in large bowl and cover with Italian dressing and marinate 1-2 days in refrigerator. Cook on grill or flour, salt and pepper and fry like chicken. Grill or fry ahead and keep warm in crock pot.
