Marinated Black-Eyed Peas
Ingredients
3 cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 C. vegetable oil
1/2 C. wine vinegar
1/4 C. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 dashes hot sauce
onion rings
green pepper rings
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients except onion rings and pepper rings. Stir well. Cover and marinate at least 3 days in refrigerator. Garnish with onion rings and pepper rings.
