Mango Whip
Ingredients
3 large mangoes
3 tsp. sugar
1 papaya, peeled seeded and cut into small pieces
1 C. low calorie whipped topping
6 Tbsp. chopped toasted pecans
Cooking Instructions
Peel and pit the mangoes. Cut the fruit into pieces and puree in a food processor. Add the sugar and stir in the papaya. Fold in the whipped topping. Top each serving with pecans, and serve.
