Macaroni Ham Casserole
Ingredients
1/4 C. butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 C. diced cooked ham
1 1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese
8 ounce. macaroni
Cooking Instructions
Melt butter; add onion and garlic. Cook until tender, but not browned. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, ham and half of the cheese. Heat until cheese is melted and stir sauce well. Cook and drain macaroni. Stir macaroni into sauce and turn into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
