Low Fat Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
8 medium russet potatoes
1/4 C. nonfat milk
1/2 C. nonfat sour cream
1/8 C. parsley
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions
Boil potatoes until soft; drain, cube and mash in a large bowl. Add all ingredients and mash together until well mixed.
