Low Calorie Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
1-1/2 C. flour
1/4 C. granulated fructose, or other sugar replacement
1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 C. low fat milk, 2 percent
2/3 C. liquid shortening
2 eggs
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 13 by 9 inch cake pan. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool.
