London Broil
Ingredients
1 flank steak
MARINADE:
2 Tbsp. oil (vegetable)
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Cooking Instructions
Place all marinade ingredients in plastic bag. (I use a large ziplock freezer bag.) Mix together. Place steak in bag and seal. Rub so that marinade covers both sides of steak. Marinate several hours or overnight. Grill over hot coals 4 minutes on each side. Slice across grain and serve.
