Ingredients

1 package (5/16-ounce) yeast
1 C. unbleached flour
1 C. bread flour
2 Tbsp. or less jalapeno peppers
1 Tbsp. Monterey cheese; shredded
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
7/8 C. water

Cooking Instructions

Put all ingredients, in the order given, into the bread pan, select white bread and push Start. Use fewer jalapenos for a milder bread. It makes deliciously unusual sandwiches.
