Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 C. half and half (coffee cream)
1/4 C. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
In a 4 cup glass measure, combine chocolate, half and half and corn syrup. Cook on high for a minute. Stir. Cook on high for 1 to 3 minutes more until smooth, stirring each minute. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
