Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Ingredients
12 boneless center-cut pork chops 6 ounce. each
3/4 C. lemon juice
3/4 C. honey
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. dry sherry
6 cloves garlic minced
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Pour over pork chops and place in covered container in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours. Remove chops from marinade; reserving marinade. Grill pork five inches from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 155-160. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
