Ingredients

1/4 C. butter, melted
1/4 C. honey
1/4 C. light brown sugar
1 orange, including rind, sliced very thin and seeded
3 C. cooked sliced or diced beets
salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

Combine the butter, honey and brown sugar in a saucepan and heat. Add the orange slices and beets to hot sauce. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Season with salt. Serves 6.
