Honey Bacon Bread
Ingredients
2 tsp. yeast
5 tsp. gluten
3 1/2 C. wheat flour
1/2 C. honey
3 Tbsp. soft butter
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. soft bacon bits
1 1/4 C. very warm water; or more; if needed
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients; at room temperature, in Bread maker in order listed. Start machine. Cool the bread on the racks.
