Herb Dip
Ingredients
1/2 C. skim milk
1 C. low fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 small clove garlic, minced
Cooking Instructions
Whirl all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve with crisp raw vegetables, or as desired.
