Ingredients

3/4 C. water
1 1/3 C. whole wheat flour
2/3 C. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine.
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 pound loaf:
1 1/8 C. water
2 C. whole wheat flour
1 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 C. instant potato flakes
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select light crust setting.
