Health Snack
Ingredients
1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
1 small banana, mashed (about 1/2 C.)
2-1/2 Tbsp. carob powder
1-1/2 tsp. honey
1/4 C. finely chopped walnuts
Cooking Instructions
Thoroughly combine first 4 ingredients with an electric mixer, if available. Form into small balls and roll in chopped walnuts. Store in refrigerator.
