Hash Browns And Beer
Ingredients
3 C. cutup cooked beef
1 package frozen hash browns-24 to 32 oz. thawed
1 onion finely chopped
1 green bell pepper finely chopped
or combination red and green peppers
1/4 C. melted butter or margarine
1 C. beef gravy to 1 1/2 C.
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. May be cooked on high for 2 to 3 hours, or doubled for a larger crock pot.
