Ham Upside Down Casserole
Ingredients
1 1/2 C. cubed cooked ham
1 C. drained cooked lima beans
1 can cream-style corn
1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2/3 C. bisquick
1/3 C. cornmeal
1 egg
1/4 C. milk
Cooking Instructions
Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and sauce. Turn into oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix rest of ingredients and spoon over hot mixture evenly. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes longer.
