Ham Pineapple Cornbread
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. oleo
1/3 C. brown sugar
4 slices pineapple, halved
1 C. pineapple juice
2 C. ground cooked ham
1 recipe cornbread batter
Cooking Instructions
Melt oleo in bottom of 8 x 8-inch casserole; sprinkle brown sugar over oleo. Arrange pineapple on sugar. Pour on juice. Add ham; top with cornbread batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
