Grilled Fish With Parsley Sauce
Ingredients
2 lbs. perch fillets or other fish
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 C. butter or margarine
1/4 C. chopped parsley
1/4 C. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to salad oil. Mix. Rub mixture over fish. Broil on grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish fillets are well browned. Combine mustard, butter, parsley, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Spread 1/2 mixture over fish. Return to grill until sizzling and fish flakes. Serve with remaining sauce.
