Green Beans Oriental
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. slivered almonds
2 pkgs. (9 oz. each) frozen French cut green beans
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
Cooking Instructions
1. Place butter or margarine and almonds in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Microwave on High (100%) for 4 to 5 minutes or until almonds are toasted. Stir occasionally. 2. Add remaining ingredients. Cover with a tight fitting lid or plastic wrap. 3. Microwave on High (100%) for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated throughout. Serves 6-8.
