Ingredients

1 C. water
1-1/2 oz. grape nuts cereal
1 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca plus 1 tsp. quick cooking tapioca
1/4 tsp. maple extract
1/4 C. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 tsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
ground cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in top of a double boiler. Over boiling water, cook, stirring, until mix thickens, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm.
