Ingredients

1 margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/3 C. buttermilk
1 pound confectioner’s sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Mix margarine, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove.
