Gingerbread Fruit Sweet Cake
Ingredients
1/2 C. butter
2/3 C. fruit sweet
1/2 C. non-fat yogurt
2 egg whites
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 inch square pan with Pam. In a large bowl, cream together butter, Fruit Sweet, and yogurt. When well blended, beat in egg whites. Combine flour, soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and allspice. Add to batter. Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes.
