Ginger Soy Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 C. light soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. granulated sugar substitute
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously until well blended. Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve. Shake again before serving.
