Ginger Chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breast halves to 5 cut 3/4 inch cubes
1 bunch green onions with 3 inch of green sliced 1/2 inch pieces
1 can crushed pineapple-8 oz. un-drained
1 Tbsp. finely-chopped crystallized ginger
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce low sodium
3 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot, cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice or flat noodles.
