Gelatin Fruit Parfait
Ingredients
1/2 C. sliced fresh fruit
1/2 C. sugar free gelatin
2 Tbsp. whipped topping
1 dash nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Prepare sugar free gelatin according to package directions. Alternate layers of fruit and gelatin in parfait glass. Garnish with whipped topping and dash of nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
