Fried Rice (Minute Rice)
Ingredients
1 C.(s) water
1 1/2 C.(s) minute rice
1 egg
3 Tbsp. butter
3 green onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Cooking Instructions
Boil water, add rice and cover for 5 minutes. Beat egg lightly just until swirled. fry in butter until just set. add onion and rice. Stir until light brown. Add soy sauce and serve.
