Fried Fish 2
Ingredients
Fillets (bass, crappie, perch or
walleye)
1 egg
1/4 C. water
Cracker crumbs or cornflake crumbs,
crushed fine
Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
Beat egg and water together. Dip fillets in egg and water mixture. Roll in cracker or cornflake crumbs. Deep fry. Salt and pepper as soon as fillets are done.
