Fresh Fish Batter
Ingredients
1 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 C. water
1 egg
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions
Mix together the flour, salt, and water; add egg, oil, and cheese. Mix well. Let mixture stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour. Dip fresh fish and fry.
