Ingredients

1 package yeast; (or 1 1/2 tsp.)
3 C. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. gluten
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 C. sourdough starter
2 tsp. olive oil or butter
1 C. warm water

Cooking Instructions

Put all ingredients. in order listed into pan, select “French” bread and push Start.
