French Burgers
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. thyme, minced
2 tsp. white wine
1 Tbsp. minced onion plus 1 tsp.
2 garlic cloves
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Broil until done as desired, 3 to 4 minutes for rare meat, 5 to 7 minutes for medium meat, and 8 to 9 minutes for well-done meat.
