French Bread
Ingredients
1 loaf French bread
1/2 C. butter
1 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. hickory smoked salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Chopped onion
Cooking Instructions
Cut loaf in diagonal slices. Mix other ingredients to make spread. Spread cheese spread on both sides of slice and put loaf back together. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees or grill about 4 inches above coals.
