Ingredients

1/2 Tbsp. yeast
1 1/2 C. oats
3 C. flour, bread
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. dough enhancer; optional
3 Tbsp. oil
1 eggs
1/2 C. maple flavored syrup,
1 2/3 C. warm water;

Cooking Instructions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start. In hot or humid weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 C..
