Fluffy Pudding Frosting
Ingredients
1 C. cold milk
1 package (4 serving size) Jell-O Instant Pudding, any flavor, sugar free
3-1/2 C. (8-oz. container) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, sugar free
24 plain cupcakes, sugar free
candy decorations, if desired, sugar free
Cooking Instructions
Pour 1 C. cold milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 2 minutes. Stir whipped topping into pudding very gently with rubber scraper until mixture is all the same color. Place about a spoonful of frosting on each cupcake. Spread frosting around top of cupcake with back of a tsp.. Sprinkle with candy decorations, if desired. Put cupcakes into refrigerator to chill until serving time. Store any leftover cupcakes in the refrigerator.
