Flounder Cordon Blue
Ingredients
Flounder fillets, thin
Healthy Choice thin-sliced ham
Swiss cheese, sliced thin
Egg
Bread crumbs
Cooking Instructions
Place one slice of ham and then one piece of cheese on each fillet. Roll up and fasten with toothpick. Dip each roll into slightly beaten egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry and enjoy.
