Fish With Ginger And Water Chestnuts
Ingredients
1 can water chestnuts
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 C. grated ginger or dried ground ginger
3 C. cooked pasta, shells or rotini
2 C. sour cream
Cooking Instructions
In rectangular lasagne type pan melt butter; spread out pasta, sprinkle water chestnuts and ginger (according to intensity desired) on top. Then lay fish on top and cover with sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees until fish is flaky. Serves 6-8 persons.
