Fish On The Grill
Ingredients
3 to 4 med. sized fish fillets (Bass
is excellent)
2 med. potatoes
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Garlic salt
Cooking Instructions
Make foil pan; place on grill. Place filleted fish in pan with 2 to 3 tablespoons butter, pepper, salt, oregano and garlic salt. Place sliced, peeled potatoes around edge of fish. Close grill. Cook on low heat for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fish is flaky. Serves 2.
