Fish Filet Batter
Ingredients
1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 half beaten egg
1 C. milk or water*
2 Tbsp. oil
Cooking Instructions
*Mix well. Batters made with egg and WATER are crispier than those made with milk.
