Ingredients

3/4 C. stale beer
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 C. Bisquick
1/4 C. flour

Cooking Instructions

Mix ingredients to form a batter. Wash fish and dry on a paper towel (the dryer the better). Dip fish into batter. Drop into grease.
