Ingredients

1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. water

Cooking Instructions

Put all ingredients into small bowl. Mix together well. Roll fish in batter and put in skillet or deep fry.
