Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1/2 C. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 C. flour
1/2 C. milk
1 Tbsp. baking powder

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients together well. Use to dip fish in and deep fry.
