Ingredients

1 egg
1 C. milk
2 C. cornmeal
1/2 C. flour
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix

Cooking Instructions

Beat egg and milk together in one bowl. Mix cornmeal, flour and Ranch mix in a separate bowl. Dip fish in egg mixture and then in cornmeal mixture. Fry in medium heat until done.
