Fish Batter 10
Ingredients
2 C. flour
1 C. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
Cooking Instructions
Beat all together. Dip cut pieces of fish in batter. Deep fry 5-10 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Serve with tartar sauce.
